Trivia
MIT West Tier is an anagram of "Timetwister", the name of a famous banned card from Magic: the Gathering. Timetwister was a Rare card only printed in Alpha, Beta and Unlimited and was illustrated by Mark Tedin, who also did illustrations for all three Netrunner sets. A glance at Timetwister's rules reveal that both cards have the same effect: "Set Timetwister aside in a new graveyard pile. Shuffle your hand, library, and graveyard together into a new library and draw a new hand of seven cards, leaving all cards in play where they are; opponent must do the same." |
