Must this actions be taken at the beginning of your turn right after you roll the die, or do you roll and take the action later that turn? There's nothing on the card that says specifically that you have to take the action as your first action right after rolling the die.

The action is gained at the beginning of the turn and the player decide when he will use it during that turn
