These bits cannot be used for SETTING a base link--only for using effects that modify a base link (e.g., these bits could not be used to pay for Access through Alpha, since Alpha only sets a base link, but does not allow you to increase your link). |

Trivia
The artwork on this card shows some boxes with backwards writing on them. The smaller of the two readable boxes says, "Access Denied, Kevin One" and the larger one reads, "Login: Kimble One, Enabled". "Kevin" is a mystery, but "Kimble" may refer to Mike Kimble, one of the card illustrators. |
