Trivia
"Investment Firm" did not make it into the French Set due to a printing error, therefore the french set only has 363 cards (instead of 364 like v1.0).
The card's french name is "Cabinet d'investissement". |

This reading would make it a choice ie may/or may not, on the other hand...

That would make it Mandatory...but that would not make any sence would it?

If it has any bit, you MUST take it. The card would state it, if you'd have the choice.
Furthermore, I have one question. Does anybody know why this card is missing in the french base set ???
