Trivia
Many players are not quite sure what this agenda represents in the game world setting. Wizards of the Coast NetRep Sparky has revealed the following:
Concept: The Corporation co-opts a counterculture movement, warping it into working for the Corporation rather than against it. In essence, the members of the movement sell out to the establishment. |

The "Babylon" reference may be explained by the biblical story of the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-9). In this story, the people of Babel attempt to build a tower to reach into heaven. God intervenes, making the workers speak different languages so they cannot understand one another, and the tower falls into ruin. Project Babylon represents an attempt to put a lot of time and effort into a single agenda, in the hope that it can be scored before the runner knocks it down (liberates it). |
