	Frank said: Accourding to the Official Netrunner DCI Floor Rules, this card is banned from a standard tournament. Anyone know why?	02/28/2008
	Decks said: Card was overused. Most Corp decks revolved around this one. The ban was to increase variety.	08/01/2008

	Frank said: I think 'banned' means you cannot use it at all. If you could use one, I think the term 'restricted' is used. but as far as I know tycho is 'banned'.	01/21/2009
