Netrunner 15 th Birthday World Domination Championship !!!

the Newest World Domination since a very very very long time !

i've found a nice cheapest place to run our World Domination !!!
It is a very nice and quiet place called La Touria.

This place is mainly a tea bar but we can also drink coffees & chocolates, juices, smoothies and cocktails.
We can also eat some nice food, we will have some salad as starter dishes (5E), some tart with rice as main dishes (8E) and some good tasted dessert (5E).

This place as made some specials menus for our event so that we could have

A] starter/main dishes or main dishes/dessert for 10 E.

B] starter dishes/main dishes/dessert for 13E !

this place also propose some special tasted tobacco (apple, ...) in a special room downstairs so that we can smoke for those who want after the tournament ! ;) (don't worry about the smoke while we'll playing because this room will be closed while the tournament ... ;))

The Tournament will be on 2 consecutive days, 30 april (sealed games) and 1 st may (1/15 revised games).
we will begin to play at 10 o' clock on these 2 days and invite you to come at 9 for deck check end registration, Playful_EE our abitrator will check it.
we will stop playing around 20 pm (if 6 rounds or 19 pm if 5 rounds it will depends of the final number of players...) and will have a lauch break at 1 pm after the round 2 and will start again at 2 pm for the 3 remaining rounds.

the time will be limited as 90 min for sealed games and 70 min for constructed games ( so i think we will finished to play earlier on 2nd day ... ;)

I want beginners to my tournament so i authorize proxys cards BUT those proxys cards must be in colour printed and must be protected in non-clear deck protectors.( same thing for Open War printed cards please ...)

the format for constructed is 1/15 revised so Tycho and entreprises inc shield will be banned .
Open War the Newest Virtual expansion will be legaled and i invite you to download the latest version of Open War in my under construction french Netrunner site here :

Some minor corrections will be bring to this expansion very very very soon ( see actual thread in the forum to bring contribution to thoses corrections ...) so i invite you to donwload it after that ...

As i previously said i can and some of my friends too host International players so that you can save money on hotels ... my place is already kept for Frizzler but don't hesitate to ask !

Since i've found this newest place there is more place to the tournament and we now could be a maximum of 54 players so it is still POSSIBLE to REGISTER the event but since PLayful_EE will send the starter and booster list it would be cool to register soon ...

Aurel from here is actually finishing programming the app' to generate virtual starters and boosters including Open war and Playfull_EE will sorts lists for every players and send to us so that we will have time to print or gather cards to create our sealed pool .
In order to save time on the D-Day i authorize players to build their sealed decks BEFORE the event but on the D Day Playful_EE will check if your deck are using only cards contained in the list we'll send to you
so i also ask you to put your cards in the exact order of the list to save time to check it ...(and don't forget to protect you cards with non-clear deck protectors please.

the ONLY thing that it remains to do is to define the format of sealed game:
i think it will be
one base starter, one proteus booster, 2 classic boosters and 2 Open War boosters.
An Open War Booster will be composed of 2 rares/4Unco/10 commons

Since this place is cheaper than the previous you'll notice that the price for the event is also cheaper ... only 20 E.

i'll put in lots that products:

21 french base opened but complete booster
26 proteus boosters
42 base english boosters
4 lots of green & purple tokens for bits
13 green deck protectors
1 entire Mint Classic expansion ( for the first one !)
i also have 2 full binders of single cards including rares, uncos and commons !

one mastering Netrunner book

one soudtrack of TRON Legacy by Daft Punk

several cards signed by Richard Garfield ( i think minimum 8 for top 8, it depens of Richard i'll let you informed when i'll see him in Cannes on the next 15 days ...)

i'll let all thoses lots on a table and let choose people what they want starting with the champion and go down in the order of final ranking.the final ranking will give you virtual bits to choose what you want in function of the value of the lots .

i don't know exactly how much bits you'll receive for the final standing at this point because it will depend of the final number of players ... but what is sure is that everybody will have a lots in minimum 1 base english boosters or a same value of single cards !!

all is quite finished !! it is so cool that we are already 29 players, i'm really excited about this event !!!

we now need to build our Open War decks which is pretty exciting to becaus the old anti-deluvian Metagame will be broken !!!
