Netrunner - A Brief OverviewNetrunner is a discontinued CCG (Collectible Card Game) created by Richard Garfield and was released in 1996 by Wizards of the Coast, Inc. The game takes place in the third decade of the 21st century of R. Talsorian's Cyberpunk ® roleplaying game, in which runners hack into computer systems of mega-corporations in order to liberate classified information known as agendas. The game is designed for two players where one player takes to role of the Corporation, and the other the role of the Runner. While the Corporations use ICE (Intrusion Countermeasures Electronics) to protect their information, the Runners prepares for intrusion with Hardware, Programs and other Resources.
